What is a Samosa/Turnover

Samosas come from Northern Africa/Southern India. A Samosa is a Savory Indian Pastry, also described as a savory pocket with Indian inspired flavors. Samosas have a crispy crust on the outside and are filled with meats and vegetables and flavored with authentic Indian Spices.

Oven/Turbo/Conveyor Pizza (Impinger) Oven Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F. Place fully slacked off Samosas on a lined baking pan and place in the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 4 minutes or until completely heated internal temp should be 74°C/165°F Remove from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Microwave Instructions

Place fully slacked off samosa in the Microwave for 1 minute and please note that heating times will vary with different microwaves, heat to internal temperature of 74 °C/165 °F. Remove from microwave and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Panini Grill Instructions

Place fully slacked off samosa on Panini Grill for 2.5 minutes at high heat. Remove from grill and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Deep Fryer

Place a fully slacked off samosa in deep fryer at 190 °C/375 °F for 2.5 minutes. Remove from fryer and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
